Monthly Dues $290.00 until April 1, 2024 when they will increase to $ 354.00 per month. There will also be a Special Assessment of $162.00 billed April 1, 2024 and due May 1, 2024.
Attached please find an Insurance Expense Review (the primary cause of the dues increase), an overview of what the monthly dues pay for and a long-term expense plan which will be paid for by periodic Special Assessments. The members in attendance, which did reach a quorum, decided to not add the long-term expenses to the already necessary increase. Minutes of that 2/5/24 Meeting is posted below .
