The Irrigation Water will be shut down on Monday, October 20, 2025. Please turn your Main Line Valves OFF before Monday morning. Harold Schreiner (970) 261-8854 (our landscaper) and Arthur Shires (970) 413-9100 (our irrigation manager) have offered to winterize individual systems for a flat rate of $50.00. If you’re interested in this service, please call them for an appointment (you are welcome to complete this yourself or hire anyone you would like!) Thank you.
